Processing time
All orders ship from the UK.
Ready made items are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation. As many of my items are handmade to order, these may take up to 7 business days after receiving your order confirmation to make up and dispatch.
The time I need to prepare handmade products varies per item. Please see individual product pages for details. Orders of multiple items with different processing times will be dispatched together, therefore the longest processing time will apply.
Successful orders will receive an order confirmation to the email address or phone number that you provide. If you do not receive an email or text, please check your spam/junk mail or contact us at the address below for confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has been despatched.
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact hello@caityloustudios.co.uk. I will not be able to make any changes to your order after it has been despatched.
Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address. I am not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, I will refund the original order (excluding any delivery fees) and ask you to re-submit your order.
Estimated delivery times
Due to the ongoing pandemic, & recent strike action affecting Royal Mail & Parcelforce deliveries, delivery times may be longer than usual so please leave plenty of time for your order to arrive. If you need your items quickly, please select the appropriate delivery method at checkout.
Once you have received notification that your order has been dispatched, this guide will give you a rough idea of when you can expect your order to arrive.
I will do my best to meet these delivery times, however the postal system is out with my control and items are sometimes held up by customs or other delays.

Delivery Charges
Delivery to the UK mainland is free of charge via Royal Mail 2nd Class post. Upgrades to the Royal Mail 1st Class and Next Day options are charged based on the weight of your items and are calculated at checkout.
International delivery is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your shipping address.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Exchanges and cancellations are not accepted due to the handmade and personalised nature of the majority of my products. However if there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with me at hello@caityloustudios.co.uk so I can review the issue and make it right.
